PRINCIPLES OF DEFIANCE

WE BELIEVE ONLY OUR STANDARD OF FIGHTING  AT 'BASILICO'S PASTA E VINO' SHALL BE FOLLOWED WHEN DEFYING.  NO OTHER BUSINESS HAS TAKEN A HARDER, MORE UNCOMPROMSING STAND FROM DAY ONE OF THE LOCKDOWNS. WE BELIEVE BY ONLY FIGHTING AS WE HAVE, CAN THE ENEMIES OF FREEDOM BE DEFEATED. 

OUR PRINCIPLES OF DEFIANCE ARE AS FOLLOWS,

AND WE HOPE THAT OTHERS WILL ADOPT THEM WHEN TAKING THEIR STAND:

1. We took our stand on day one, March 19, 2020. There was no 15 days for us to slow the spread. We didn't wait 15 seconds. At the first hint of tyranny, we took a hard stand, stopping it at the door. 
2. We pledged our business as a 'Constitutional Battleground', making our fight about something so much bigger than ourselves and own interests. We waged our fight only for our country and all it represents. 
3. Our stand was never a political one. Our stand is an American stand, on behalf of all Patriots who cherish their Liberty and Freedom.
4. Our fight  was never about preserving our business, or any other possessions. Our fight is only in defense of American Liberty and Freedom.
5. in doing so, we committed to putting everything at risk, laying everything on the line.  We don't resist, we attack all lockdown tyranny, always on the offensive.
6. We made our stand in honor of our Founding Fathers, who risked everything to gift us the protections of our God given Freedoms.
7. We made our stand in honor of our brave military heroes, who have also risked everything, even sacrificing their lives to defend those gifts for over 245 years. .We refused to dishonor their sacrifices over a mask mandate and a pandemic of fear. 
8. We would never be victims. No whining or complaining. We instead feel blessed to be on the front lines of this fight, with an opportunity to go into battle against the evil 'little dictators' and their insatiable appetite to want to control and dominate their fellow Americans. 
9. We never feel or show fear, and always look to invade enemy territory with our acts and message of defiance. 
10. We understood this fight would be a battle of wills, so promised to never tire, to be mentally, physically, and spiritually strong! 
11. We would not rely on politicians, lawyers, judges and courts to dictate how we lived as free American men, so we left the lawsuits and setting legal precedents to others who prefer not to stand on their on feet. We instead pledged to set a fighting precedent for others to follow. No lawyers needed to initiate your stand.
12. We promised to project strength always, never concerning ourselves with losing assets, even our business. We never feared  backlash, fines, citations, and even arrests. We don't because we think always of our brave soldiers standing in defense of American Freedom around the world, facing real bullets and bombs. 
13. We refuse to acknowledge any agents of the 'tiny tyrants', waging a war of fear and control over American citizens.  We will not grant them such authority over us where they have none related to lockdowns and mandates. 
14. We will not recognize lockdown mandates, and those who try and enforce them. We will not use exemptions or loopholes of any kind to remain free. By doing so, we believe only further emboldens the enemies of Freedom, by asking permission. This isn't the Soviet era old East Germany, when at the Berlin wall they asked for your 'papers'.
15. We do not argue the science, allowing the enemy to drag us down that rabbit hole. Because it does not matter to us whether the virus is real or is as dangerous as they claim it is. It does not matter whether masks work  or not. It does not matter if the vax is safe and effective or not. All that matters to us is the Freedom to choose. Because when you engage in this argument, you are empowering the enemy to believe then if they can prove those things, you will have to sacrifice your Freedom. 
16. As we always say, we believe that "Science Doesn't Dictate Freedom". No where in the U.S. Constitution does it say that your Freedom depends on whether the science justifies or allows it.
17. We believe that your subjugation to tyrants, will damage your self respect, and rob you of your dignity. It will scar your soul and haunt your forever. We also believe that if you think you can simply re-open your business and it will feel normal again, after you have  surrendered when you voluntarily shuttered your business, you are wrong! The scars of surrender will be on the walls of your business forever as a reminder of your subjugation. 
18. Operating fully from day one, we did so openly and boldly. No half measures. We have waged a take no prisoners, all of nothing fight, and while doing so, we mock, shame, taunt and dare the enemies of freedom. 
19. We ask that those who are asked to be enforcers of the lockdowns and mandates, and therefore agents of the 'mini dictators, especially law enforcement, to listen to your conscience. If you believe in Freedom, and have any respect for the oath you took, then you must stand down, and stand with us. Stand on the side of American Liberty and Freedom!
20. We will never tire. We will never give an inch. We will never compromise. We will never back down. We will never surrender.
