THE CONSTITUTIONAL BATTLEGROUND

  WE CALL ON ALL OTHER BUSINESS OWNERS  TO FINALLY  RISE UP TO DEFEND AND ADVANCE AMERICAN LIBERTY AND FREEDOM, BY PLEDGING THEIR BUSINESSES AS  'CONSTITUTIONAL BATTLEGROUNDS' IN THE FIGHT AGAINST ALL ANTI-AMERICAN AND WOKE TYRANNY!    

'The Constitutional Battleground' call to action was created by Tony Roman of 'Basilico's Pasta e Vino.

We are Pro Freedom - Anti Tyranny.

This is not a political stand, but an American stand only, on behalf of

all Patriots who cherish their Freedom and love their country!

We will wage war on anyone who attacks our beliefs, principles and values.

Tony and the 'Goodfellas of Basilico's'   took their stand against lockdown tyranny and all enemies o Freedom on day one, March 19, 2020. By pledging its business as a 'Constitutional Battleground', the  business never closed its doors for one second since. It instead operated openly, fully and boldly, with zero restrictions. 

We fight in the spirit of one of American history's greatest Patriots  John Hancock.

He was the first to stand up to the King of England. And when our nation's Founders gathered  in 1776 to sign the 'Declaration of Independence', knowing they were in essence signing their own death warrants, he wrote his signature as big as possible,

far larger than the others so the King of England who had very poor eyesight wouldn't miss it. Why would  John Hancock do such a thing? 

Because Fu*k tyrants, that's  why!

So we too took a hard uncompromising stand in defense of American Liberty and Freedom, willing to lay everything on the line for it, putting everything at risk. 

Tony believes that if everyone had taken the same stand, the 'little wannabe dictators'  would have been defeated in a matter of days, and with it, their lockdown tyranny, would have never had an opportunity to take hold.

The rest of the world was watching, seeing if America would again lead the way in the fight for Freedom, but instead Americans failed miserably.  Through fear alone, most Americans so easily complied and surrendered. They emboldened the enemies of Freedom by so quickly strapping on their masks, self imprisoning and shuttering their businesses.

With the 2024 elections fast approaching, he also feels strongly that if any politician in office since March, 2020, has ever voted for, supported, proposed or enforced any lockdowns or related mandates for even one single day, they should never be trusted to lead  again.  And any new candidates seeking elected office, who have led any business or any level of government since the lockdowns began and have done the same, they should be disqualified. 

He believes any Americans who have complied, even partially, are accomplices to the destruction of America we have witnessed over the last two years. The ones who complain about the Freedoms they have lost, should look in the mirror.  

Tony says Americans who  were willing to compromise their principles and negotiate for their Freedom, are to blame for emboldening the enemy, empowering them to now try and divide us further with vax mandates. 

He believes that if you consider yourself an American Patriot, and you surrendered,

your subjugation will damage your self respect, and scar your soul. It will haunt you forever. And if you closed your business, and think when reopening, it will feel the same, you are mistaken. The scars of surrender will be on the walls of your business forever, your surrender a part of your history. 

Tony says that you must not dishonor what it means to be an American, and with it the risks taken and sacrifices made by our founders and the brave men and women of our military.  

The bullies, the enemies of Freedom only understand courage and strength. So we ask that all Americans, especially business owners, stand with us and also pledge their business as a "Constitutional Battleground'. 

If we do, we will not only defend the Freedoms under attack, and reclaim those which were lost since March, 2020. But we have an opportunity to advance even further. By forcing the enemy's unconditional surrender, we can take back our country entirely.

We must do so by not allowing the 'tiny tyrants', the vermin who wish to infect America with authoritarian, fascist, communist and socialist policies and anti-American ideology in the door. We must stop it at the door, stomping it out of existence before it has a chance to  take hold and spread. 

Show no fear, stand up and just say no!!  When you do, mock, taunt, shame and dare them. They must walk away knowing they better never return.
